Below are legislative measures the coalition was tracking this session. The Maryland General
Assembly met from January 14th to April 13th.

The positions of CPMC as a coalition are listed in blue (support, support with amendments, oppose, letter of information provided). Bills without positions were monitored allowing CPMC to later take a position if needed. Each bill number is linked to the webpage where you can find the history of how the bill was introduced, which legislator served as the lead sponsor or those listed as co-sponsors, whether the bill has been introduced before, how it may have been amended, the outcomes of committee and floor voting sessions, its fiscal and policy note summarizing the intent of the bill and its proposed impact, the link to the committee hearing recording, and any available list of hearing witnesses and their written testimony.
